Once you get his health down to 0 and he starts his glowy charging up power thing you need to get your pawn to restrain him then you can deal the final blow. I’m not sure if you can restrain him yourself (R2 on Ps3 and I’m assuming some kind of trigger on Xbox) and get your pawn to beat him or not, but it may be possible. Good luck!
